Memorization Course

A Quran memorization course, also known as a Hifz (حفظ) course, is designed to help students memorize the entire Quran, the holy book of Islam, by heart. Memorizing the Quran is considered a highly esteemed achievement in the Islamic faith, and individuals who complete the memorization are often referred to as Hafiz (حافظ) or Hafiza (for females).

What You Will Learn?

1. Arabic Language Basics: The course usually starts with an introduction to the Arabic language, covering the Arabic alphabet, pronunciation, and basic grammar. This helps students understand the structure of the Quranic text and aids in memorization.

2. Tajweed Rules: Just like in a Tajweed course, students in a Quran memorization course are taught the rules of Tajweed. Proper application of Tajweed ensures accurate recitation during the memorization process.

3. Short Surahs and Verses: The course often begins with memorizing shorter surahs (chapters) and individual verses from the Quran. This allows students to build confidence and get accustomed.
